Overview: Harvest Hill Beverage Company, based in Stamford, CT, was formed by Brynwood Partners VII L.P. in June 2014 to acquire the iconic Juicy Juice brand from Nestle USA.  Juicy Juice is the largest 100% juice brand in the U.S. focused on the kid’s segment.  Harvest Hill currently markets Juicy Juice products in single-serve and multi-serve formats to the retail and foodservice channels. Additional acquisitions over the years have included American Beverage, Nutrament and the merger of Sunny D with Harvest Hill earlier in 2017.

The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for tracking and coordinating day to day transportation shipments through HHBC’s manufacturing and distribution network. This position will interact with all departments to support business initiatives. Key tasks will include forecasting, daily communications with 3rd Party warehouse locations, initiating stock transfers, daily/monthly reporting, tracking and communicating shipment schedules. The focus of this role is to ensure the supply chain is fully supported while ensuring all on-time deliveries are being made and avoiding any service level interruptions. The Logistics Analyst will be working very closely with the rest of the Ops Planning and Logistics team, Customer Service, and other 3rd party contacts.

The ideal candidate will have relative work experience in Operations Planning or Logistics, sound communication skills, have a passion for business, and be able to problem solve by applying analytics. Primary Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Administrative
    1. Analyze and reconcile shipping schedules
    2. Analyze Inbound activity requirements (Intermodal)
    3. Research outstanding orders and provide live status updates
    4. Participate in weekly and monthly transfer and plannning meetings
    5. Manage daily O,S,&D activity
    6. File claims with vendors and service providers
    7. Assist with new item projects
    8. Assist customer service with ensuring FTL orders are being shipped
  2. Reporting
    1. Develop, update and publish monthly KPI reports
    2. Develop, update and publish Inbound Intermodal and OTR forecasts
    3. Develop, update and publish Active CPU lanes working alongside Director of Logistics
  3. Database Maintenance
    1. Working within 3rd Party Databases for daily tracking
    2. Initiate inbound loads or stock transfer orders
    3. Maintain in-transit records with freight providers and DC’s
