Harvest Hill Beverage Company (HHBC) is a privately held company located in Stamford, CT who purchased the Juicy Juice, Sunny Delight, and American Beverage brands over the past couple of years.  Juicy Juice is a line of 100% juices and juice drinks sold nationally through multiple channels.  Sunny Delight is a brand that appeals to kids and families and has been around for more than 50 years. The ABC family of brands includes Hug juices and waters and Daily’s Cocktails.

HHBC is a progressive company focused on growing its brands organically and through innovation.  We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who are highly collaborative, have a ‘can do’ attitude with experience in the CPG arena (preferably in food and/or beverage).


Trade Planning Management
Manage Trade Planning processes and initiatives to drive volume and profit
• Provide decision/planning support for the Sales Organization (includes Brokers and Direct Customers)
• Support the Annual Planning Process – Support Sales to develop trade budget, annual plans and manage execution throughout the year
• Trade Spend Budget Management - Track Trade Spend vs. Plan and report Risks & Opportunities
• Provide input to the Financial and Supply Chain Forecasting processes
• Develop Sales Planning Tools through collaboration with functional counterparts (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain)
• Evaluate adhoc Trade Spend requests and provide recommendations (e.g., New Distribution, New Product launches)

Sales Operations
• Lead and track company initiatives as needed
• Provide support to non-brokered field sales to assist in promotional planning
• Build monthly sales reporting package

Business Performance
Through the use of multiple tools to conduct analyses and understand profitability drivers and provide insights to improve margins or mitigate risks.
• Evaluate P&L (Brand/Customer) and provide insights/recommendations
• Ensure all required Trade Spend funds are captured in ERP system to ensure invoice accuracy; manage reporting driven off TPM tool
• Training new field sales and brokers in system
• Provide adhoc Sales Reporting as required

• Support Deduction Management and A&P processes on behalf of Sales Team
• Trade related Customer Service research support


Trade Planning Experience (2-4 years) experience combining three or more of the following functional capabilities:
S&OP Process
Sales Operations
Revenue Management
Project Management (Development through Implementation a plus)

College Degree Preferred
Detail Orientated
Collaborative Problem-solver
Action oriented; forward-thinker
Highly organized
Strong Excel Skills; ability to manage large data sets
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-starter, can work independently (without a lot of guidance)
Execution excellence
Analytical/uses data to support recommendations
Works well in fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize
